Green Star Polyps, small

Green Star Polyps (GSP) are a great coral for most all situations. It grows fast, tolerates many lighting conditions, needs little attention and fragments well. In the daytime this coral takes on the look of a green grassy meadow, blowing to and fro in the reef with the tank currents. At night the polyps retract and reveal the dark purple mantle from which the coral takes its form. You can see layers and lobes of purple mantle that are easy to frag off at night with a razor blade.
Frags are approximately 2.5" in diameter. Smaller frags also available.
