	<title>VitaChem Marine 4 oz, Boyd</title>
<description>VitaChem provides aquarium fish with necessary vitamins and minerals to avoid disease, such as lateral line disease, and maintain fish health. VitaChem for fresh water fish and VitaChem for marine fish is an extraordinary new fish vitamin introduced by Boyd Enterprises, Inc., manufacturers of the world famous Chemipure. All other fish vitamins on the market use a timeworn approach, adapt an already existing product such as vitamin bases available to the Veterinary profession and put a fish product label on them. This method works to a degree, but to a nominal extent. The aquatic and marine animals and fishes require specialized naturally occurring substances and chemicals and amino acids and lipids to be effectively utilized by their specialized bodily processes. VitaChem marine and VitaChem fresh is a totally new concept in aquatic and marine vitamin formulation and methodology that is - give the animals and fishes exactly what they are missing from their natural habitat and environment in a compact concentrated and easily assimilated solution compatible with their individually specialized systems and environments. After many years of research by the noted marine life researcher, Mr. John Nobles, in conjunction with Boyd Enterprises, Inc. and a hi tech think tank composed of numerous marine and aquatic biologists and at least ten years of experimentation with thousands of specimens under actual hobbyist conditions - Boyd Enterprises, Inc. is marketing the most effective concentrated environmental vitamin ever to be offered to the aquarium trade. Actually reverses and cures Lateral Line Disease (which is not actually a disease, but an ecologically induced condition). Can I use the freshwater formula in my saltwater tank, and vice versa? Yes, you can use either formula in another tank without any harm to it. However for the optimum benefits you should use the proper formula for your aquarium. Will Vitachem be removed by the carbon in my tank? No, you do not have to worry about Vitachem being removed from your tank before your fish benefit from it? Will my invertebrates or other plants benefit from the vitamin? Yes, any living organism in the aquarium will benefit from the vitamin, as it is tissue soluble

<title>Elos SvC Pure Plankton Coral Food</title>
<description>Elos SvC Pure Plankton Coral Food

Elos SvC (Plankton Supplement)

Contains a multitude of organic nutrients, as well as vitamins and other beneficial ingredients including omega 3, omega 6 oils selenium, anti-oxidants, etc. Ideally suited for target feeding with a pipette filter feeders, soft corals and LPS.
Elos Zooplankton Coral Food for Filter Feeders Information

SVC- zooplankton for filter feeders

Through highly efficient filtration and protein skimming we clear organic molecules and particulate matter from our systems. The impact of this method of filtration on the availability of nourishment needs to be taken into account for the modern aquarium user.

If our target is to emulate many of the physical and chemical factors of the ocean then in terms of dissolved nutrients wild reefs are very poor in nutrients, however we should not ignore the presence of the very important non-dissolved nutrients. NSW over natural reefs is often rich in planktonic organisms and other desirable small organism. These are very important for the survival of filter feeders such as some coral species, tube worms, sea anemones, sponges, clams, tunicates, and in general all the biomass of our aquarium which in a well kept system contains a macrofauna that need energy to survive.

For the good health and husbandry of these animals, including many of the smaller-polyp corals and soft corals, we must provide the appropriate planktonic foods. Elos SvC is a high-concentrated bio-engineered marine zooplankton supplement ideal for filter-feeding marine invertebrates. It contains a multitude of organic nutrients as well as vitamins and other beneficial ingredients such as some non traditional compounds that were demonstrated to work such as Omega-3, Omega-6 and other fatty acids, Selenium, anti-oxidants etc.

Elos SvC produces, in a matter of days visible and rapid results beneficial to the animals we maintain in our aquariums.

HIGHLIGHTS:

# It is complete: because it contains a multitude of organic nutrients as well as vitamins and other beneficial ingredients
# It is innovative: because it contains non-traditional compounds that were demonstrated to work like Omega-3 and Omega-6 oils
# It enhances the animals ability to build cells: because it promotes cell building blocks, the matrix of life of the aquarium animals
# Ideal for filter feeders
# Can also be used to feed small fish
# High nutritional profile: may be used as a complete brine shrimp replacement

Note: Elos SVC is a powder, packed inside an aluminum bag. Similar products available on the market need refrigeration or even freezing. They normally contain various inorganic phosphate salts intentionally added to them as preservatives. To avoid the need of these preservatives we take great care to packing conditions, which are done in low contamination controlled atmosphere.

	<title>Plankton Light Reactor, Aqua Medic</title>
	<description>Plankton Light Reactor, Aqua Medic.

The Plankton Light Reactor is a simple system for the production of plankton in a natural food chain. In the Plankton Light Reactor, microalgae are produced with light, fertilizer, and CO2. The microalgae can be fed directly to many filter-feeding invertebrates, and especially to zooplankton.

The growth rate of the microalgea in the Plankton Light Reactor is enormous. If the supply of light, CO2, and nutrients is continuous, the bio-mass of the algae may increase four-fold within 24 hours. Fresh and salt water species of phytoplakton can be cultivated.

Contains the Plankton Light Reactor, approximately 0.65 gallons, wall bracket, connections for air pump, lighting unit with florescent lamp (18 W), special reflector and fixing clamps.

Dimensions - total length is 32 inches and the diameter is 3.2 inches. The hose connections are 1/4 inch. Requires live Brachionous bacteria.

	<title>Dried Marine Phytoplankton, 56g</title>
<description>Spray Dried Marine Phytoplankton 56g, ESV

Our Spray-Dried Marine Phytoplankton (SDMP) is the most versatile food available to the reef aquarist. SDMP effectively eliminates the need for purchasing or culturing live phytoplankton cultures for your reef aquarium. Phytoplankton is an important first step in initiating a food chain within your closed ecosystem which more closely simulates a natural coral reef food chain.

Daily addition of SDMP will not only directly feed the larger inhabitants of your reef aquarium, but also promote the production of zooplankton which in turn can also be a valuable food source for your reef inhabitants. Depending on the feeding method employed, SDMP functions as a filter-feeder food for corals and other invertebrates, fish food, larval fish and invertebrate food, and an enrichment food for Artemia and rotifer culture.

The abundance of Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids found in this strain of marine microalgae causes the foam in protein skimmers to collapse for a few hours allowing the algae cells longer residence time in your aquarium before being exported by skimming. We provide a measuring spoon with each container. Each level spoon of SDMP contains approximately 60 milligrams which is equivalent to 150,000,000 algae cells!

Although the very high levels of Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids (especially Docosahexaenoic Acid shown to be critical for proper marine larval development) makes SDMP unique, it also functions as a source for the following trace elements, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals: Cobalt, Copper, Iodide, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Nickel, Selenium, Silicon, Tin, Vanadium, Zinc, Vitamins A/E/B12/C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, Folic Acid, Choline, Niacin, Aspartic Acid, Threonine, Serine, Glutamic Acid, Proline, Glycine, Alanine, Cystine, Valine, Methionine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Tyrosine, Phenylalanine, Lysine-HCL, Histidine-HCL, Arginine-HCL, Tryptophan, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Magnesium, Sulfur, and Chloride.

SUGGESTED USES:

DIRECT FEED FOR FISH, CORALS, AND OTHER INVERTEBRATES:
We suggest 1 level measuring spoon (supplied) per 20 gallons of aquarium water per day. Tap the spoon on the top edge of the aquarium and allow the spoon-shaped clump of SDMP to drop onto the surface of the aquarium water. Many fish will attempt to consume these clumps and in doing so will not only be receiving some highly nutritious food, but will also help disperse the SDMP throughout the system. Circulation pumps will further disperse the food. When used in this manner, the average particle size of the product ends up between 10-80 microns. For a smaller particle size (10 microns and less) premix the SDMP in a blender for 1 minute. Fine mechanical filtration should be removed while feeding SDMP.

FISH AND INVERTEBRATE LARVAL CULTURE:
We suggest 1 level measuring spoon per 4 gallons of culture water twice per day. Predisperse the SDMP with water for one minute in a blender before use. Aerate culture water sufficiently to prevent low dissolved oxygen levels. Change water frequently to prevent nutrient accumulation.

ARTEMIA ENRICHMENT:
After predispersing with water in a blender for one minute, add to Artemia culture at a ratio of 1 level measuring spoon SDMP per 30,000 Artemia nauplii and aerate heavily for 12 hours before using Artemia.

ROTIFER ENRICHMENT:
After predispersing with water in a blender for one minute, add to rotifer culture at a ratio of one level measuring spoon SDMP per 200,000 rotifers and aerate heavily for 12 hours before using rotifers.

STORAGE:
Keep tightly covered and refrigerated when not in use. Keep free from moisture. Never add wet measuring spoon to container.

	<title>Dried Marine Phytoplankton, 28g</title>
<description>(SDMP) is the most versatile food available to the reef aquarist. SDMP effectively eliminates the need for purchasing or culturing live phytoplankton cultures for your reef aquarium. Phytoplankton is an important first step in initiating a good chain within your closed ecosystem which more closely simulates a natural coral reef food chain. We provide a measuring spoon. Each level spoon of SDMP contains approximately 60 milligrams which is equivalent to 150,000,000 algae cells! Although the very high levels of highly unsaturated fatty acids (especially Docosahexaenoic Acid shown to be critical for proper marine larval development) makes SDMP unique, it also functions as a source for the following trace elements, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals: Cobalt, Copper, Iodide, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Nickel, Selenium, Silicon, Tin, Vanadium, Zinc, Vitamins A-E-B12-C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, Folic Acid, Choline, Niacin, Aspartic Acid, Theonine, Serine, Glutamic Acid, Proline, Glycine, Alanine, Cyctine, Valine, Methionine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Tyrosine, Phenylalanine, Lysine-HCL, Histidine-HCL, Arginine-HCL, Tryptophan, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorous, Sodium, Magnesium, Sulfur, and Chloride.

	<title>Marc Weiss Reef Bugs 3 oz</title>
<description>Reef Bugs 3 oz, Marc Weiss.

TEMPORARILY OUT

Reef or marine snow is an aggregate of LIVING MICROBES clinging to, one or a combination of organic, inorganic, volcanic, mineral, living or recently dead matter.

Reef Bugs yields particle sizes down to less than a micron and up to macroscopic particles. The individual living organisms are microscopic. These microbes, primarily bacterial, and fungal (yeasts and related organisms) provide 30% of the planktonic matter raining down on the reef.

True reef / marine snow is alive and has the ability to nourish the reef with desirable edible organisms which are necessary for balancing the substrate and the creatures colonizing it. Reef Bugs is a unique product having these characteristics. Reef Bugs contains twelve strains of edible, nonpathogenic marine microbes. They are not genetically modified. Instead they are selectively bred naturally occurring organisms. They are in an encysted spore state. They are packed dry in a matrix of minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates that will enable hatching in about thirty minutes of being placed in typical reef aquarium water. These organisms have been cultured to eat organic matter. While doing so they can sequester phosphorus, fix nitrogen, clean the substrate and behave in a civil manner should they escape being consumed. Those gathering at the substrate or biofilter obviously have the best chance of escaping. The intention of REEF BUGS is that they be eaten first. However a survival of the fittest will ensue where the strongest microbes will eat the weaker, smaller ones. All the microbes wont succeed in colonization long term unless the product is used minimally three times a week. Most significantly, there are particles included for the microbes to piggyback on, creating a true marine reef/marine snow. Living cells will even be coating other living cells. They will also begin to divide and reproduce upon hydration.

Directions: A whole teaspoon (about 1.5 grams) could be used per hundred gallons a day in a dialed in, heavily stocked reef tank. I would start more conservatively, feeding one half teaspoon per day per 100 gallons daily. This has proved adequate and desirable as a starting application. As the mix of species as well as the quantity of the critters make each aquarium unique be conservative at first - the old axioms about overfeeding an aquarium should be remembered. If excess is noted in the skimmer - you are probably using too much for the current bioload and decrease the portion by the wasted amount. Powerful skimming is likely to remove some before it is eaten even if the proper ration is fed. If none is found in the skimmer the ration can be increased. As critters grow, more Reef Bugs will be consumed.

Take a cup of aquarium water, put in the quantity of dry Reef Bugs as preferred, and stir. Stir again as often as you wish...but at least one more time after ten minutes to dissolve as thoroughly as reasonably possible. Stir again at thirty minutes (or more) and pour into aquarium. It all will soon dissolve. Alternatively, just sprinkle into tank. It will take at least that twenty minutes for full effect though; usually ten minutes or so more. However undissolved particles may be eaten by a fish or some other non target critter first. It is harmless to fishes etc.

Storage: The product comes in a barrier bag. These bags do not permit oxygen or moisture to enter. Reclose bag by squeezing out air and resealing it zips closed. Keep in cool dry place; the refrigerator is fine. Dont freeze for extended periods - preferably not at all. It will be good for at least one year. Prior experience with the components has allowed viable storage much longer than that as long as it is dry as well as cool; a frost free refrigerator works well with the bag well sealed.

<title>Marc Weiss Soft Coral Grow Powder, 3OZ</title>
<description>Soft Coral Grow, 3 oz., Marc Weiss Aquarium Products.

Soft Coral Grow, the only soft coral growth enhancer thats backed by hard science. Enhances ability of soft corals and polyps to nourish themselves as they do in nature. Economical natural dry formula not fish food dissolved in water containing biocidal preservatives that can damage beneficial microorganisms and zooxanthellae.

Obvious results, usually within two weeks.

Hastens growth of frags and cuttings. Non polluting excess consumed by skimmer. Soft corals and polyps primarily eat detrital aggregates colonized by beneficial bacterioplankton adhering to their copious mucus layer. There's also a fungal element to the symbiotic mix. These organisms farm their own food in their mucus layer. Soft corals are carnivorous and high-protein microbes support growth and health in them. Soft corals do not appear to digest phytoplankton (algae) but there appears to be a positive response to their dissolved remains. They are nourished through their mucus envelope via the by-products of bacterioplankton.

Zooplankton are sparse in nature and make up a small amount of the soft coral's nutritional intake. Bacteria in the mucus layer are required to degrade it first. In time, the bacterioplankton fix and reduce nitrates produced by this rotting. These large pieces of coral nutrients are adding to the pollution in the aquarium until it's consumed. Bacterial enriched coral mucus also contains beneficial organisms that may eat, crowd out or provide antibiotic by-products against pathogens. Soft Coral Grow provides a biofilm that adheres to and enhances the corals mucus layer. This biofilm provides an enhanced environment for increased bacterioplankton colonization allowing soft corals ands polyps to feed them-selves more efficiently. Feeding with coral foods may become unnecessary. This eliminates pollution caused by excess food. The use of the appropriate trace elements and water conditioners should be continued. Soft Coral Grow is a natural cultured detrital aggregate and algal colloids with no biocidal preservatives, as are needed in liquid coral foods. Results are usually seen within two weeks.

Directions: Amount used depends on bioload which is the quantity of soft corals and polyps in the aquarium. A starting guide is one-half teaspoon per hundred gallons every other day. Heavily stocked aquariums can consume one teaspoon or more daily. Excess will be picked up by the skimmer. Mix portion to be used in some reef aquarium water and pour into an area with current. It's not important that all of it initially dissolves.

Contents: 6 oz., 170.4 grams of controlled cultured detrital aggregate and marine algal colloids. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Tighten cap well. A refrigerator is ideal. Avoid extended freezing

Shipment Dimensions:

    * Weight: 0.45 lb
    * Height: 4 in

<description>Marc Weiss SPS Coral Grow, 3 oz

SPS Coral Grow. The only hard coral growth enhancer that's backed by hard science. Enhances ability of SPS (small polyp stony) corals to nourish themselves as they do in nature. Economical natural dry formula, not fish food, dissolved in water containing biocidal preservatives that can damage beneficial microorganisms and zooxanthellae. Obvious results, usually within two weeks.

Hastens growth of frags.

Non polluting, excess consumed by skimmer.

Small polyp stony corals (SPS) primarily eat detrital aggregates colonized by beneficial bacterioplankton adhering to corals mucus layer. There is also a fungal element to the symbiotic mix. SPS farm their own food in their mucus layer, especially in recesses in their structure. SPS are carnivorous and high protein microbes support growth and health in them. SPS do not appear to digest phytoplankton (algae). They culture their own, called zooxanthellae. Their internal zooxanthellae are nourished through the mucus by the by products of bacterioplankton. Zooplankton are sparse in nature and make up a small amount of the corals nutritional intake. Bacteria in the mucus layer are required to degrade it first. In time the bacterioplankton fix and reduce nitrates produced by this rotting. These large pieces of coral nutrients add to the pollution in the aquarium until it is consumed. Bacterial enriched coral mucus also contains beneficial organisms that may eat, crowd out or provide antibiotic by-products against coral pathogens.

SPS Coral Grow provides a bio film that adheres to and enhances the corals mucus layer. This bio-film provides an enhanced environment for increased bacterioplankton colonization allowing stony corals to feed themselves more efficiently. Feeding with coral foods may become unnecessary. This eliminates pollution caused by excess food. The use of the appropriate trace elements and water conditioners should be continued. <title>Zoe Marine Vitamin 8 oz</title>
<description>Zoe Marine vitamin, Kent 8 oz. Kent Zoe is a superior vitamin complex for marine fish, invertebrates, and desirable algae. (Zoe does not contain phosphates as most competing vitamin supplements do, and will not cause unsightly algae growth!) It contains aquaculture grade vitamins, meaning that they are still active after one year in your aquarium! It is unique because it also contains natural minerals from spirulina and kelp sources. Competing products are preserved with glycerin, which is an alcohol land requires 50% concentration to preserve. Zoe is properly preserved, using less than one half % preservatives, yet ha a 4 year shelf like with no refrigeration. Just smell the difference! Directions: For wonderful results, sprinkle over or soak fish food in Zoe, as appropriate. Brine shrimp are particularly good at absorbing the Zoe overnight in the refrigerator. Add one teaspoon (capful) per 50 gallons tank capacity, directly to the aquarium, up to twice weekly to benefit invertebrates and algae. For caulerpa and calcareous algae success, also use Kent Super Iron Supplement with Manganese.

	<title>MarineSnow Plankton Diet, 16 oz</title>
<description>Two Little Fishies MarineSnow Plankton Diet 473 ml (16 oz.) Net Wt. 475 g. A Natural Planktonic Food for Filter Feeding Marine Invertebrates. This first of its kind product reproduces the special colloidal biogenic suspended matter found in natural seawater. These colloids, collectively called marine snow by ocean researchers, are known to be an important element in the food chain of marine ecosystems. MarineSnow is a natural planktonic food for filter feeding marine invertebrates. This first of its kind product reproduces the special colloidal biogenic suspended matter found in natural seawater. These colloids, collectively called marine snow by ocean researchers, are known to be an important element in the food chain of marine ecosystems. They have been a missing element in closed system aquaria until now. MarineSnow meets the special needs of tropical coral reef and cold water marine animals that feed on particulate and dissolved organic matter, phytoplankton and zooplankton. The formula for MarineSnow is based on natural components of ocean plankton, does not contain yeast or egg solids, and is blended to provide food packages of the right size range for filter feeders. The formula includes suspended microscopic particles ranging in size from under 20 microns up to 150 microns, and the colloidal clumps formed when it mixes with seawater are macroscopic. Ideal food for soft and stony corals, anemones, hydrozoans, feather duster worms, clams, crinoids (feather stars), sponges, tunicates (sea squirts), foraminiferans, and other filter feeders. Shrimps, brittle stars and even fishes will eat MarineSnow colloids. MarineSnow therefore replicates plankton feeding behaviors for these creatures. Recommended dosage, 5mL per 20 gallons per feeding.

	<title>Cyclop-Eeze Freeze Dried Phytoplankton, 100g</title>
<description>Argent Life Cyclop-eeze Freeze Dried Pytoplankton, 100 g. size. Freeze Dried CYCLOP-EEZE are produced from the Deep Frozen product. The process involves the removal of up to 80% moisture under high vacuum and low temperature. Although freeze drying is an expensive procedure it assures that important, labile, bio molecules such as Astaxanthene and Highly Un saturated Fatty Acids are not degraded. The Freeze Dried CYCLOP-EEZE appear as a brilliant red-orange free flowing powder. The product contains no more than 5% residual moisture and is packaged in vacuum cans or bags. Freeze-Dried CYCLOP-EEZE may be used directly as a larval food in aquaculture or as a feed additive in grow out and maturation diets, as well as in the aquarium industry. For details of usage see the applications section. CYCLOP-EEZE are a selectively bred, biologically engineered microorganism which are cultured in a pristine arctic lake. The CYCLOP-EEZE are a decapod (10 legged) microscopic crustacean that are instantly characterized by their intense blood-orange coloration. In fact, the CYCLOP-EEZE contain the highest known concentration of the fundamental and critical biological pigment Astaxanthene, accounting for their striking coloration. Complimenting this incredible pigmentation are previously unknown levels of the Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids (HUFAs) especially those of the famed omega-3 family. These highest levels of omega-3 HUFAs are essential for larval aquaculture applications and typically exceed forty times (40 X) those obtained from hatching the highest quality Artemia eggs. The CYCLOP-EEZE are voraciously consumed by all animals because they are very rich in the attractant Betaine as well as other palatability factors. Experimental test results at leading academic institutions indicate that the CYCLOP-EEZE are highly stimulatory to the immune systems of most aquatic animals thus leading to greatly improved survival. Significant improvement in growth rates an exceptional Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) indicates that CYCLOP-EEZE project outstanding benefits, which meet and exceed traditional feedings of Artemia nauplii, rotifers and inert, formulated diets.

	<title>SPS Coral Grow, 6 oz</title>
	<description>SPS Coral Grow, 6 oz

SPS Coral Grow is a natural cultured detrital aggregate with no biocidal preservatives as are needed in liquid coral foods. Results are usually seen within two weeks. Directions: Amount used depends on bio-load which is the quantity of corals in the aquarium. A starting guide is one-half teaspoon per hundred gallons every other day. Heavily stocked aquariums can consume one teaspoon or more daily. The excess will be picked up by the skimmer. Mix portion to be used in some reef aquarium water and pour into an area with current to disperse it. It's not important that all of it initially dissolves.

Contents: 6 oz., 170.4 grams of controlled cultured detrital aggregate. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Tighten cap well. A refrigerator is ideal. Avoid extended freezing.
